Notice to the Shareholders - Quest Management, SICAV
The board of directors of Quest Management, SICAV (the “Board of Directors”) would like to inform the shareholders of Quest Management, SICAV that the annual general meeting (the "AGM") of shareholders will not take place on the statutory date of 13 April 2023 due to a delay of the audited financial statements.
Convening notices detailing the new date and the agenda of the AGM will be dispatched once the audited annual report will be finalised.
