Notice to the Shareholders of the sub-fund Abakus Asia Growth Fund
The Shareholders of ABAKUS ASIA GROWTH FUND are hereby informed of the following:
As part of the liquidation initiated on March 21, the following is announced:
A partial payment of the liquidation proceeds in the amount of EUR 4,730,000 will be made to the remaining shareholders pro rata of their participation.
The liquidation will, in principle, be completed within 9 months. Liquidation proceeds which cannot be paid out to unitholders upon closing will be deposited with the Caisse de Consignation in Luxembourg for their benefit.
