Notice to the investors of the sub-fund “Performa Fund – (EUR) Fixed Income"

The shareholders of the Performa Fund - (EUR) Fixed Income are hereby informed of the following:

In the context of the liquidation initiated on 23 August 2024, the following is notified:

There will be a partial payout of the liquidation proceeds in the amount of EUR 15.70 per unit to the remaining shareholders. This is not a distribution.

As soon as the liquidation has been completed, the remaining liquidation proceeds will be paid out. Any liquidation proceeds that cannot be paid out to individual unitholders upon completion will be deposited with the "Caisse de Consignation" in Luxembourg in their favour.
