Notice to the shareholders of GLOBAL INVESTORS

The Board of Directors of Global Investors (the “Board of Directors”) hereby informs the shareholders that the audited annual report of the financial year ended on 31 March 2020 (the “Annual Report”) will not be finalized before the statutory date of the annual general meeting of the Company on 9 June 2020 (the “AGM”).

Therefore the AGM will be postponed and convened upon receipt of the Annual Report.
