Notice to the shareholders of the Auréus Investments

1. Investment policy of Auréus Investments – Bonds Conservative (the "Sub-Fund")
   
   The investment policy of this Sub-Fund has been amended as follow: "This Sub-Fund seeks to achieve a positive total rate of return with fixed income while minimizing fluctuations in capital values by investing primarily in a diversified portfolio of investment grade fixed income funds. The Sub-Fund invests at least 75% (previously 90%) of its net assets in investment grade fixed income. Normally, 25% (previously 10%) or less of the Sub-Fund total assets will be invested in below investment grade debt".
    
2. Risk profile of Auréus Investments – Bonds Conservative (the "Sub-Fund")
   
   The risk profile of the Sub-Fund has been amended as follow: "The Sub-Fund is predominantly invested in open-ended fixed income funds and fixed income ETFs. At least 75% (previously 90%) of the Sub-Fund’s Target Funds have hedged their returns to euro."

The reason behind the above-mentioned changes is related to the fact that the Investment Manager of the Sub-Fund would like to add sustainable/green bond funds to its portfolio, which are not always hedged to EUR and might sometimes contain (small) weights in non-IG bonds. Therefore, the Investment Manager of the Sub-Fund would like a little more space in terms of weights in non-EUR hedged and non-IG bonds in the portfolio. The purpose is to be able to change the Sub-Fund into a green(er) bond portfolio.

These changes will be reflected in the Prospectus to be dated August 2021, a copy of which is available free of charge at the registered office of the Fund.

Shareholders, who do not accept this modification, have a right to redeem their shares free of charge within thirty (30) days following the publication of this notice.
