Notice to the shareholders of the sub-fund: Performa Fund (EUR) Fixed Income
The shareholders of the Performa Fund - (EUR) Fixed Income are hereby informed of the following:
In the context of the liquidation initiated on 23 August 2024, the following is notified:
The outstanding liquidation proceeds per unit amount to EUR 0.19 per unit to the remaining shareholders. This is not a distribution.
It will be paid out to the remaining shareholders in October 2024. A partial payment has already been made in September 2024.
The liquidation has been completed, all investors have been paid out and no funds have been paid to the Caisse de Consignation.
