The General Partner of Lux Capital Fund S.C.A., SICAV-SIF (the “General Partner”) hereby informs the shareholders that the audited annual report of the financial year ended on 30 September 2022 (the “Annual Report”) will not be finalized before the statutory date of the annual general meeting of the Company on 16 February 2023 (the “AGM”).
Therefore, the General Partner has resolved to postpone the AGM and to convene the AGM as soon as the Annual Report is available.
